- What is PrecisionSell?PrecisionSell is a B2B AI sales agent that learns what you sell, finds and qualifies relevant accounts, identifies the people who matter, matches real-time prospect pain to your offering, and works the account before handing it to your salesperson. See Features and Why PrecisionSell.
- How do I get started?Tell PrecisionSell about your business and connect your email. It researches your company, product, market, and value proposition, then proposes an initial target profile for you to review. New accounts start with free trial credits — no card required.
- How much setup is required?Very little. PrecisionSell does the initial business and market research for you. You refine and confirm the target, connect email, then query, review, and send. Most of the heavy lifting is automated after that first confirmation.
- Do I need a prospect list? No. PrecisionSell can discover prospects from scratch. You can let it suggest the market, refine the target yourself, or provide a specific company or domain to research.
- Do I need technical or sales-operations support to use PrecisionSell? No. It is designed for business and sales professionals — without building complicated searches, workflows, or technical integrations. Connect Gmail or Outlook and you are ready to run campaigns.
- How does PrecisionSell know who my target customers are?It researches your business, products, market, industry, value proposition, and competitive positioning to understand where your offering is most relevant — then proposes sectors, buyer profiles, and geography for you to confirm.
- Do I have to define my ICP myself? No. PrecisionSell proposes the target sectors, buyer profiles, and geography based on its research. You refine and confirm the direction before research runs.
- What are the different ways I can search for prospects? You can (1) let PrecisionSell discover suitable prospects from your target market, (2) refine or define a specific target yourself, or (3) give it a specific account or domain to research.
- Can PrecisionSell find prospects outside my existing market?Yes. It can research new sectors, applications, geographies, and account types where your offering may fit — useful for expansion and new-market entry.
- How many prospects can I search at once?Prospects are researched in small batches to keep quality and relevance high. Runs are currently limited for quality control; you can run additional campaigns as needed.
- How does PrecisionSell decide whether an account is worth pursuing? It evaluates the account against your offering and target profile — market viability, company fit, and stakeholder fit — using available signals. Accounts that fail quality criteria are filtered out rather than pushed into outreach.
- What is the difference between finding a prospect and qualifying one?Finding means identifying a possible company. Qualifying means deciding whether the account actually fits your offering and shows enough relevance to deserve sales attention and credits.
- Does PrecisionSell only give me a list of companies? No. The goal is not another list. PrecisionSell researches and qualifies the account so your salesperson spends time where there is a meaningful reason to engage.
- What does "serious engagement" mean?A prospect shows meaningful relevance or buying potential — for example clear application fit, a current business need, stakeholder interest, a meeting opportunity, a quote request, or another buying signal worth a human conversation.
- What is Real-Time Pain Match?Real-Time Pain Match connects something a prospect is currently experiencing, discussing, developing, or needing with the specific value your product or service provides — so outreach has a reason to exist now, not just a demographic match.
- Why is Real-Time Pain Match different from ordinary lead generation?Traditional lead generation often asks, "Who fits my industry?" PrecisionSell also asks, "Why might this company need what I sell now?"
- How does PrecisionSell find current prospect signals? It researches current company, industry, market, product, application, and stakeholder information to surface signals that may indicate a relevant need or opportunity.
- Can PrecisionSell explain why a prospect is a fit?Yes. Research and outreach context are tied to the prospect's situation and your value proposition — not only generic industry or contact fields.
- How does PrecisionSell find the right people inside an account? It looks beyond a single contact and identifies relevant members of the buying team — decision-makers, technical influencers, users, and others who may influence the purchase — then ranks who is most appropriate to approach.
- Does PrecisionSell identify more than one stakeholder?Yes. Multi-stakeholder intelligence is core to PrecisionSell. The system identifies the relevant people and determines who to approach first.
- How does PrecisionSell decide who to contact first? It considers role, authority, relevance to the problem, relationship to the application, and how that person connects to your offering.
- What is stakeholder hopping? If the first relevant stakeholder does not respond (or the address bounces), PrecisionSell can continue with another relevant stakeholder in the same account — keeping account context instead of starting over.
- Why is stakeholder hopping important?Complex B2B purchases rarely depend on one person. Hopping lets PrecisionSell keep working the account instead of abandoning it after one unanswered message.
- How does PrecisionSell personalize outreach? Each email is drafted from the prospect's company, role, situation, relevant signals, and your value proposition — not a simple mail-merge template. Messages stay short and claim only what research supports.
- Does PrecisionSell write the email for me?Yes. It generates outreach from the account and stakeholder research. You can review the draft before sending, or enable auto-send in settings when you want full automation.
- Can I review emails before they are sent?Yes. Review-before-send is the default path: check the draft, then Send or Skip. Unreviewed drafts stay available under Notifications → Pending Email Review. Skipping does not restore credits.
- What happens after the first email? If there is no reply, PrecisionSell can send one follow-up to that stakeholder, then move to the next relevant stakeholder in the same account when the sequence is exhausted. Volume stays deliberately low — typically up to two emails per stakeholder.
- Does PrecisionSell send generic automated emails? No. Outreach is generated from the specific account, stakeholder, current context, and your offering so the message has a reason to exist. You stay in control via review mode unless you turn on auto-send.
- Does PrecisionSell replace salespeople? No. It handles time-consuming work before you close the deal. Your salesperson takes over for conversation, relationship building, negotiation, quoting, and closing.
- What does my salesperson actually receive?A researched and qualified account, relevant stakeholders, why the account may need your offering, current context, and a clear basis for starting the conversation.
- When should a salesperson step in?When there is something worth selling — meaningful engagement, meeting interest, a quote opportunity, a clear buying signal, or in simpler deals, an opportunity to place an order.
- Is PrecisionSell designed for junior or senior salespeople? It supports both. The greatest value is giving teams systematic access to the account and stakeholder reasoning that experienced salespeople normally build over years. Founders without a large team are a strong fit — see solutions for founders.
- How does PrecisionSell pricing work?PrecisionSell uses a pay-as-you-go credit model rather than seat-based software commitments. See current packs and free trial credits on the Pricing page.
- What does one credit cover? One credit covers one processed prospect: research, qualification, stakeholder selection, email drafting, and hopping for that account. Credits are deducted when you confirm a campaign. Details and packs are on Pricing.
- What happens if a prospect is not valid? If a prospect does not meet market viability, company fit, or stakeholder criteria — or if our system encounters an error — credits may be restored to your account. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable. See the Credit Restoration Policy linked in the site footer.
- What happens if an email bounces?PrecisionSell can hop to the next stakeholder when an address bounces. If the account cannot be reached successfully (for example all contacts bounce with no valid send), credits are restored under the current credit policy. You are not charged again for that failed reachability path.
- Do I need a monthly subscription? No traditional seat-based subscription is required. You buy credits as you need them. Plan options and included credits are listed on Pricing.
- Is my data shared with other PrecisionSell customers? No. Every account is a separate tenant with data isolation. Your client profile, campaign data, and prospect research are not shared across the platform or accessible to other customers. More detail is on Trust & Security.
- Is my campaign information used for another customer? No. Workspace data and campaign information stay isolated to your tenant and are used to run your campaigns — not another customer's.
- What information does PrecisionSell store?Information needed to operate your campaigns: account and prospect research, campaign history, configurations, email action state, and related workflow data. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.
- Can I control what PrecisionSell sends?Yes. Review drafts before send by default, or enable auto-send when you prefer full automation. Opt-out replies are suppressed so those contacts do not receive further outreach.
- How is PrecisionSell different from a lead database?A lead database gives company and contact information. PrecisionSell researches the account, evaluates fit, identifies the buying team, matches current pain to your offering, and works the account. Compare approaches on Compare.
- How is PrecisionSell different from an AI SDR?An AI SDR primarily automates outbound activity. PrecisionSell focuses on intelligence before and around outreach — understanding your offering, qualifying accounts, identifying stakeholders, matching real-time pain, and working the account. See vs 11x and other comparisons.
- How is PrecisionSell different from an SDR?An SDR spends significant time researching accounts, finding contacts, qualifying prospects, and managing outreach. PrecisionSell automates much of that pre-closing work so salespeople spend more time on conversations and closing.
- How is PrecisionSell different from senior sales experience? It systematizes parts of the account, market, and stakeholder reasoning experienced sellers normally do manually — while leaving relationship and closing work to the human. Read more on Why PrecisionSell.
- Can PrecisionSell work alongside other sales tools?Yes. It is not necessarily a replacement for every tool in a stack. Other tools can provide data or CRM execution; PrecisionSell focuses on understanding and working the account before the human sale.
- What industries is PrecisionSell best suited for?B2B businesses selling complex products or services where account fit, applications, timing, and multiple stakeholders matter. Browse solutions and use cases for fit examples.
- Is PrecisionSell only for semiconductor and electronic-component companies? No. Semiconductor and electronic components are an important specialized area because the team has deep sales experience there. Additional industry-specific intelligence can be developed for other markets; the core workflow applies across B2B.
- Can PrecisionSell help with new-market entry?Yes. It can research a new market, identify relevant sectors and accounts, qualify opportunities, and help determine which stakeholders to approach. See new-market entry.
- Is PrecisionSell suitable for founders without a large sales team?Yes. It removes much of the research and prospecting work that would otherwise consume founder or early sales time. Start with the free trial or see solutions for founders.
