PrecisionSell.com is a B2B AI sales platform. We help businesses identify and reach the right prospects and stakeholders.

What Data We Collect

We collect your name, work email, company name, and profile information when you register. During campaigns, we process publicly available professional data — company websites, LinkedIn profiles, press releases, and business directories — to identify and qualify prospects.

We use third-party tools to identify business visitors to our website, including company and individual-level identification for B2B outreach purposes.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, build your company profile, and run outreach campaigns on your behalf. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with other tenants. Each account is fully isolated.

Prospect Data

Prospect and stakeholder data is sourced from public professional sources only. It is processed solely for business outreach relevant to your campaign. Recipients can opt out by replying to any outreach email. Opt-outs are recorded and honored for all future communications.

Data Processing

In the course of using PrecisionSell, you may direct us to research, store, and process personal data of your prospects and business contacts ("Prospect Data") on your behalf. For this Prospect Data, you act as the data controller and PrecisionSell acts as the data processor.

We process Prospect Data only as necessary to provide the Service, and only under your instructions. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including encryption and access controls) to protect this data. We do not sell or share Prospect Data with third parties except as needed to operate the Service (e.g., email delivery, CRM integrations you connect).

Upon termination of your account, we will delete or return Prospect Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

If your organization requires a separate Data Processing Agreement (e.g. for GDPR compliance), please contact us at info@precisionsell.com to arrange one.

Data Retention

Campaign history and email logs are retained for compliance and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us through the platform.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To submit a request, contact us through the platform.

Security

All data is stored in isolated, encrypted databases. Access is restricted by row-level security — no user can access another tenant's data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Email Integration

When you connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account, PrecisionSell accesses your mailbox solely to send outbound campaign emails on your behalf and read incoming replies from those campaign contacts for automated reply classification. To detect replies from campaign contacts, PrecisionSell monitors incoming unread emails in your connected inbox. Emails not related to active campaigns are identified and immediately discarded without being stored or retained. Only replies from campaign stakeholders are kept for automated reply classification.

We request only the minimum permissions necessary. No email content is stored beyond what is required for campaign tracking and reply classification. We do not sell, share, or use email content for any purpose other than operating your campaign.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is never used to train, improve, or transfer to any AI/ML model.

You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com or your Microsoft Account settings at myaccount.microsoft.com. Revoking access will stop all email activity for your account.
