Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PrecisionSell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What PrecisionSell Does

PrecisionSell is a B2B AI sales automation platform. We help businesses identify qualified prospects, generate personalized outreach emails, and manage sales engagement campaigns on their behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. Each account is for a single business entity. You may not share your account with other organizations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrecisionSell only for lawful B2B sales outreach. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited consumer emails, spam, or harassing communications. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.

Email Sending

PrecisionSell sends emails on your behalf using your connected email account. You authorize PrecisionSell to access your email provider (Google or Microsoft) solely for the purpose of sending and reading campaign-related emails. You remain responsible for the content of all emails sent through the platform.

AI-Generated Information

PrecisionSell uses artificial intelligence to generate research, recommendations, prospect information, messages, and other content. AI-generated information may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information before relying on it for business decisions, contacting prospects, or conducting sales activities. PrecisionSell does not guarantee that AI-generated information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Credits and Billing

PrecisionSell operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as campaigns run. Credits are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in the platform. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to introduce a credit expiration policy with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice. Any such change will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce the validity period of credits already purchased before the notice date.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you bring to PrecisionSell, including your company profile and campaign data. Prospect data identified by PrecisionSell during your campaigns is available to you for the duration of your account. We do not sell or share your data with other clients.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, email delivery failures, or third-party provider outages.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

Limitation of Liability

PrecisionSell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
